i made this cake for our 10th wedding anniversary, the leprechaun is modelled on my husband who loves to have a glass of guiness on st patties day. pot of gold is made with fondant & filled with fondant hearts, leprechaun * rainbow are fondant also. cake is triple layered choc mud filled & covered with ganache then layer of green coloured coconut. it was very yummy :) thanks for looking.
