My version of the wonderful Debbie Brown butterfly ball. Red velvet w/cream cheese filing and crusting cream cheese frosting covered in white chocolate fondant. All accents are gum paste or fondant. I really enjoyed making this one, but those butterflies were a pain. I have no idea how the truly talented Debbie Brown gets those beautiful wings to stay or even those beautiful butterflies to stay. I really struggled w/this. But I really like the way they turned out.
