I handmade the "60" topper using rhinestones since 60 is the "diamond" year. There are 6 gumpaste roses (one for each decade). Not sure if you can tell in the picture, but the ribbon around the cake board has rhinestones attached to it as well. There are white sugar crystals sprinkled on the cake board around the cake.
