My 30th birthday cake! I made a wasc cake but used melted Starbucks caramel macchiato ice cream and strong brewed coffee for the sour cream and water. I used caramel macchiato coffee creamer in my buttercream for the filling. Frosted it in lightly sweetened whipped cream and finished it with a caramel drizzle. Now I have to wait until Sunday to eat it!
