Wow, this cake was something to make. The customer wanted a full Topsy Turvy cake on top of a large Sheet cake. The kittens on the sheet cake are made with buttercream and painted. The kittens on the topsy turvy cake are made with gumpaste. The fondant was not cooperating with us. I will not use that fondant again on any cakes we make in our shop. We have moved exclusively to Satin Ice.
