Vanilla sponge cake with vanilla pudding filling. Cake covered in fondant, sugarpaste mice and cheese slice. Note: if you want to make the "holes" on the cheese, use the end of a wooden spoon. I waited a long time to make this cake because I couldn't figure out how to do it!
