Flamingo cupcakes were made using chocolate covered pretzel sticks for the neck, a pink jellybean for the head and half of a banana runt for the beak. (Idea from the book, What's New Cupcake). Cake is covered in buttercream with fondant flowers and waterfall. Cake done in February 2011.
