I have had the pleasure of making a birthday cake for my cousin's miracle baby two years in a row now. Audri is a miracle and this is her poony cake for her second birthday. The pony is made out of gumpaste, gumpaste rainbow and banner. Clouds are buttercream. Grasshopper cake!
