Fondant covered cake with fondant loop cutouts (using cricut) and buttercream dots. Flavor was inspired by the Side Car cocktail: Vanilla Bean Cake with Brandy and Lemon Syrup, Cointreau Caramel, and Vanilla Bean Buttercream with Brandy and Lemon Syrup and Cointreau. Cheers!
