My daughter's roommate was turning 22 and she wanted a Hello Kitty cake for her. This is what we came up with. Crown is gumpaste and Hellow Kitty face is fondant (did free hand). Bow, cake, bands, flowers and leaves are fondant. Cake was chocolate with dark chocolate BC filling on bottom tier. Top tier was lemon cake with strawberry BC filling.
