I am not a fan of RED frosting. So for my son's "Lightening McQueen" cake i used the Wilton Lightening McQueen Cake pan & baked the cake (made a double layer) covered with a buttercream frosting & than for the top I used Wilton colored Red Chocolate (& other colors) made 1 large chocolate molde using the same pan.
