My friend's son LOVES the Thomas the Train cartoon, and Percy is his favorite. I combined ideas from several cakes to get this one, so I can't claim ownership on the train-in-tunnel idea.. But, how cool was this idea?! Vanilla cake, buttercream icing, and marshmallow fondant.
