Cake for a friends birthday, Mexican fiesta theme. Bottom layer is 12 inch chocolate and vanilla layers with chocolate ganache. The top is 8 inch layers of the same. Cake is covered in fondant with gumpaste flipflops, martini glass curls a sombrero and curly wire with coloured gumpaste balls.
