Minnie Mouse Birthday cake I did for a girl at work's daughter. It is a strawberry cake with buttercream icing. The bottom is a 12" round, followed by a 10" round for the middle and the top was carved from an 8" round. Ears, balls and bows are made from fondant as well. Cake was a big hit with the children.
