I made this cake while staying with friends in France - the oven was broken so had to buy cake from the supermarket but the only cakes I could find were long, narrow bar cakes! I cut them up and stuck them together with BC - hence the wonkiness! Sadly the picture is a bit grainy but I was pleased with the way the cake turned out.
