Chocolate Dairy free/Allergen free cake with dairy free chocolate buttercream. "Devils Food" Cake being conquered by a plastic figure of St. Michael. This was a quick cake we did to celebrate my husband's saint day. I learned that if I want it too look its best I need three boxes of GF cake mix...2 was not enough for the tiered look. I used marshmallows as "clouds" since I didn't have any more shortening to make more icing.
