I got a requested for a young lady who wanted a Hello Kitty cake in all pink. This was my first time doing a cake in all buttercream (aside from the accents). Smoothing the buttercream took awhile but was well worth it! It was my first time piping as well. The Kitty is made out of fondant and painted with food coloring. The roses and hearts are fondant as well.
