Thomas is carved from an 11x15 sheet cake the caboose is two bread pans stacked on top of each other, then hollowed out and filled with M&M's. Ths face is fondant. I found a tutorial online that showed how to make it. The bottom grass layer is two 12x18 sheets cakes side be side. It is all B/C with fondant accents.
