I had a blast doing this cake. It was for a little boys first birthday, and his mom said she always called him "monkey." :o) The bottom tier is WASC with Lemon Cream Cheese filling, covered in fondat. The top tier is chocolate WASC with Strawberry Mousse filling and iced in BC. The smash cake is marble with Strawberry Mousse filling. All accents are either fondant or 50/50 gumpaste/fondant.
