Snowman Cake
My mom asked me to make her a Christmas cake. She said she wanted the cake to be devil's food and a snowman on the top. This is what I came up with...I've only been able to take Wilton Course I, so I'm limited on what techniques I know. Considering that, I think this cake turned out really cute.

they are right...some of the nicest cakes don't have all the fancy techniques. But, taking the Wilton courses, you will learn them and then be able to decide what works best for you.
This sweet chubby guy is going into our Favs. My sister retired from Baking/Decorating this year, and she collects snowmen! What a surprise gift this will make for her.
