My first attempt at a fully decorated/iced cake...Very Impressed. The top bun is made out of chocolate and Vanilla marble cake filled with buttercream and seedless strawberry jam. The middle (burger) layer is a simple chocolate sponge without a filling.

The bottom layer is also a chocolate and Vanilla marble cake, filled the same, just levelled. The inner décor such as burger fillings are simply made from marshmallow fondant, stuck down with melted marshmallows.

I got the bread effect on the buns by making a beige fondant and simply rubbing on cocoa powder with a piece of kitchen towel. The chips/fries are also made out of cake and rolled in fondant. bon appetit!
