This cake was made for a 2nd birthday for a little boy who loves trucks, tractors, diggers and dump trucks. The cake is chocolate covered in a special blend of chocolate buttercream and a chocolate whipped icing. The road is buttercream as is the border of green around the cake. The boulders/rocks are modeling chocolate and the leaves on the border are made from fondant.
