this cake is for a special needs friend who requests us to sing row row row your boat to him everytime we see him, I made this cake after many years of singing this song I felt this cake was perfect for him. Wish I hadnt ran out of time and could have added some fish and starfish and shells around the base of the cake , But you have to do what time allows. and He was happy and that is all that matters to me
