Three tiers of almost amaretto pound cake fillied with traditional buttercream and one layer of fudge. Frosted in traditional buttercream and fudge bands. The detail work is hand piped royal icing and then painted silver. The monograms are a combination of royal icing and gumpaste/fondant mix on wire and then painted.
