This was a rush job...it was for my baby shower and I should not have tried to make my own cake. I did it in two days and my feet were killing me lol. The trees were made with gum paste by using a flower cut out and the placing them over an egg carton till they dried to give them the curve shape. The mountain is cake covered in fondant and the cake is iced with an almond flavored buttercream. The water is wiltons piping gel. If I would have had more time I would have made the animals out of fondant but you know how that goes.
