3 cakes - for three birthday girls each cake was 2 cake mixes - buttercream icing and fondant girls. The color of trim and dresses matched the girls kindergarten dresses they wore alike for Kindergarten graduation 2 years ago. Only had a little trouble with fondant. It was too soft and first tried to have them standing up but was just barely able to get them sitting and even then they slouched over.
