This cake was made with buttercream and some fondant. I used 2-8" cakes on the bottom and a 9"cake on the top with the dome left on. The little girl whose birthday it was, wanted chocolate filling between the layers of the butter cake w/chocolate chips. I used fondant for the strips on the sides of the bottom layers and fondant for the lettering. The strawberry is made from fondant.
