This is the first cake I've done using fondant. I made my own and the choc tastes just like a tootsie roll...yum...4 layers alternating yel and choc cake with raspberry filling. Wine bottles are gumpaste molded over real bottles. This was for a 5 year anniversary of a fundraiser we do at work for ACS. This year was the best to date...
