Made this for a co-worker who was leaving. I wanted something a little masculine, but I added a few Duff roses because I wanted to try them out. 3 layer, 6 inch cake. 2 layers dark chocolate, one layer toasted coconut with chocolate ganache. Covered and decorated with various shades of chocolate mmf with bronze petal dust.
