I've always loved to bake and thought I would try my hand at decorating a cake. This is a 1/2 sheet of strawberry cake. Its covered halft w/ fondant and the other half w/ cookie crumbs(sand), all the other decorations were made w/ fondant. Not my best but all in all it came out really good!

I like your Ariel and Flounder. Did you paint the face and tail?
Arial and Flounder are made out of Fondant that I rolled out. I found a picture of her that I liked and then painted on all the details and decorated w/ icing and sugar crystals.
