This was a Mario Bros cake that I made for a little boy turning 5. The 2 tier cake is red velvet with cream cheese filling. The cake is covered in fondant and airbrushed in blue. The decorations were made out of gumpaste. The Mario topper was made using foam for the head and chest covered in fondant. TFL
