My son's teacher each year celebrate's the 100th day of school. This year the 100th day fell on January 26th, the day before my son's birthday. Since it's a tradition for me to do a 100th day cake for my children's class and I always do a cake or cupcakes for their birthday, I had to come up with something creative.
