This cake was inspired from a cake on Cake Central. Our customer wanted the Hello Kitty theme but also said her daughter loved being called a Princess. This is why the crown was incorporated with Hello Kitty. Devils Food cake, chocolate ganache filling, ganache buttercream and fondant flavored with mexican vanilla.
