I was asked to make the holiday cake for my husband's office party. This cake is chocolate with peanut butter filling with chopped Reeses Cups sprinkled over the filling. I had never used fondant before so this cake is decorated entirely with buttercream frosting that I thickened with extra powdered sugar to make it easy to roll and cut out the scene.
