This little cake was inspired by many here on CC - especially reenie's and cheneya's. It was made for a horse lover as a surprise for her riding camp finale. Chocolate fudge cake with oreo cookies and cream filling and buttercream frosting. The horse is 50/50 gumpaste and chocolate fondant, as are other details.
