I made this cake to serve at a Back to School party I had at my house for us and some neighborhood friends. The cake was pineapple flavor with pineapple-lemon buttercream under fondant. I have only done about 4 fondant cakes, including this one, so I am happy with how this came out. It is from Debbie Brown's "50 Easy Party Cakes".
