This is a birthday cake I made for my niece's 6th birthday. It was a 2-tier yellow cake that I dyed blue. It had a strawberry mousse filling and the icing was all vanilla buttercream. The heat started making it shift as the filling got warm, but it still survived for the most part & was a big hit with the kids. :)
