My Take On Tink
A 10 inch BC Butter recipe white (w/ extender mix) with strawberry kahlua cream filling. I need work on my cornelli lace! BUt otherwise I was VERY happy with this cake. I got Walmart to make an edible picture which I then pasted on to fondant with bc frosting! Thanks to Demy for the BEAUTIFUL inspiration for this cake! Mine is not as good as yours.. but now I have soemthing to work towards!
Thanks Vicki and Bubbles! Bubbles, yep Walmart. I used a napkin from the party decor. I cut out just what I needed for the cake. There were no tm's on the napkins, that I could find, so it was not a problem. I wish I COULD afford my own printer set up! LOL! MAybe for Christmas NEXT year! LOL! Thanks for the compliment on the cake!

you got walmart to do the image for you?!?! Wow - I am in shock. They always told me no - trademark issues. So I ended up buying my own printer set up. The cake is very cute. I haven't tried the cornelli lace yet, but I think you did a great job.
AndiSue - I think you totally lucked out or my Wal Mart is just meant. Because I tried the same thing with Snow White - and all I got was a big NO WAY.
That stinks! I actually HATE walmart, so it is rare that I go there for anything but groceries these days.. and that only because they are the cleanest grocery store here abouts. I am jealous though, that you have a printer set up! I want one!!!!
