My first cake order and of course something went wrong, but my monkey turned out quite nicely and the parents were still quite happy and impressed. Cake is 3 layers of chocolate with a vanilla/almond BC filling between one layer and strawberry BC between the other (requested by client). Not sure why it broke though...maybe I should have frozen it and moved it?
