My cousin's wedding cake I made for them...and travelled 6 hours in a vehicle in the middle of winter on Alberta's bumpy roads. What was I thinking I almost had a meltdown getting it down there.I was amazed it traveled as well as it did...WASC, Chocolate and one layer of lemon cake covered in fondant with royal icing accents. None edible crystals for a added sparkle. Thanks for looking
