These two cakes were for two kids, one was a girl turning 4 who adored her other brother, who was turning 7, and his love of Sonic the Hedgehog. They were having one party b/c their birthdays are 3 days apart. Thus the one cake is themed Princess Toadstool. The other cake is based off a scene from Sega & Sonic All-Star Racing game which is part of the Super Mario Bros.
