Three tier buttercream birthday cake. Lady picked it up and then called me an hour later and said the cake collapsed. The bottom tier was damaged as shown. The middle tier had no damage at all. The top tier was flattened on the top (huh?)and all of the roses had to be replaced. I was the better person (holding my breath) and repaired the cake on-site. The third picture is the repaired cake. Why can't people just be honest? I would have repaired the cake for her regardless of how the damage happened!
