My boss gave me a sketch of exactly what he wanted. It took forever to do but considering I'm still relatively new to fondant, I was pleased. What freaked me out was he wanted CREAM CHEESE frosting underneath but it did crust well enough...whew! I thought that sucker was not gonna crust and all the frosting would gush out when stacked!
