I made this cake for my 7 yr old cat loving daughter to help build her confidence and encourage her to keep up the great job she is doing. She has a condition called Scoliosis and just recently started wearing a Boston back brace 22-23 hrs a day. She has made it to hour 18 and is one strong little girl. So I thought she needed a reward. Its a vanilla pound cake with Nutella filling(her fav) and vanilla buttercream, all covererd in Satin Ice fondant.
