Was actually for a Birthday for a new Laywer who just got her first job. Book cake on bottom is covered in fondant. The roses are fondant and the scale of justice was made from a wood base structure covered and decorated in fondant. I used real gold chains to attach the little cups on the scale. Have to plan ahead to do this one for drying time of the fondant cups. Airbrushed the scale with gold luster dust. (She didn't want to cut it!)
