Lot of firsts for me in this cake....turned out ok I think. Hat and boots are gumpaste painted black with silver glitter accents as requested by clien, duff roses pastel colours as the lady likes pastels, fondant with hand painted wood on top. Bit of a dilemma where to place the boots and hat as they were bigger than when I drew the design, so I left them off till client arrived as she wanted candles last minute and we placed the hat and boots then.
