I made this for my son's 4th birthday party. It is all buttercream icing from scratch. The top is a round ball cake that I covered in fondant and aprayed with edibly black spray paint. I made the craters in it with my knuckle...creative, huh? lol...The fence at the bottom is chocolate fondant along with the rope around the cake..the sand around the cake is brown sugar, and the letters are made from homeade fondant as well...
