I made this cake for my sister's sweet sixteen birthday party. The top tier is cherry chip with cherry buttercream. The middle is chocolate chip chocolate fudge with buttercream. The bottom is white confetti cake with buttercream. The top and bottom layers are covered in fondant. The middle layer is covered in yellow buttercream and sour candy belts. I used a mini-gumball machine and lollipops along with gumballs around each tier.
