My take on the Tinkerbell doll cake made for my niece's birthday. This is a golden butter cake with buttercream icing under Fondarific fondant leaves. All other accents and the cake board cover are fondant. Tinkerbell is the full-sized Barbie doll, which made a nice addition to her present when the cake was cut! TFL
