This is a "Thomas the Train" (in profile) cake. I had SO much fun with this cake. I used Tonedna's buttercream recipe and it was a dream to work with, and I loved the design. It's a white cake with chocolate ganache filling. The decorations are fondant and gumpaste. Inspired by lots of cute train cakes by others here.
